Potato Starch, Sorghum Flour, White Rice Flour, Brown Rice Flour, Sunflower Seeds (8%), Sugar, Yeast, Pumpkin Seeds (2%), Brown Linseed (2%), Tapioca Fibre, Psyllium Fibre, Salt, Raising Agent (Abscorbic Acid), Vitamin Blend (Calcium Carbonate, Nicotinamide, Iron, Thiamine), Concentrated Grape Juice, Rice Starch, Potato Fibre, Cocoa Powder, Stabiliser (Hydroxypropyl Methyl Cellulose).

This mix works best when baked the traditional way in the oven, but there’s always more than one way to bake a loaf.

To Oven Bake:
You'll need:

1 x 340g Delicious Alchemy Seeded Bread Mix
2 tbsp (15g) sunflower oil
260ml of tepid water
This mix cooks from cold, so there’s no need to pre heat the oven.

Mix product with all the ingredients slowly until fully incorporated.

Grease a 1 pound loaf tin with oil and add mixture to tin. Smooth down the top. Loosely top with oiled clingfilm.

Prove for 30 minutes in a warm place. Remove cling film.

Cook for 30 minutes in the centre of the oven.

When cooked remove from oven, carefully dip bread out of the tin and leave to completely cool on a cooling rack before slicing.

Best eaten on day of bake but if eaten after, place slice in microwave for 15 seconds before consumption.
