Our wholesome Oats are gloriously gluten free. Although regular oats do not contain gluten, they are heavily contaminated with gluten both in the field and throughout the processing and supply chain. Our oats are specially grown, harvested and tested at every stage to ensure they are safe for everyone on a gluten free diet.

Gluten free oats are high in fibre and may not be suitable for everyone with coeliac disease. Add oats to your diet slowly and if you are unsure, talk to your healthcare professional before trying.
*Each serving (40g) contains 64% of the 3g of oat beta-glucan suggested per day. Enjoy as part of a varied and balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. Oat beta-glucan has been shown to lower blood cholesterol. High cholesterol is a risk factor in the development of coronary heart disease. Coronary heart disease has multiple risk factors and altering one of these risk factors may or may not have a beneficial effect.

Microwaves vary – porridge is cooked when it has a thick, creamy texture. Stir 250ml water or 200ml of semi-skimmed milk (or dairy free alternative) into 40g of oats in a microwaveable bowl. With an 800W microwave, cook for 1 1/2 mins on high, stir, then cook for further 1 1/2 mins (microwave vary).
Alternatively simmer in a saucepan with milk/water/dairy free alternative as above for 3-7 mins.
