Rice pudding recipe

Made with our best-selling rice flakes, our rice pudding recipe is perfect for those cold, Winter days.

Ingredients

  • 225g of Delicious Alchemy Rice Flakes
  • 600ml of single cream
  • 100g of caster sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
  • 60g of raisins

Baking Instructions

  1. Heat the oven to 200C/180C fan/Gas Mark 6
  2. Combine the cream, rice flakes, sugar, cinnamon, vanilla and raisins in a large saucepan.
  3. Heat on a low to medium heat until the sugar dissolves, mixing to avoid sugar catching on the bottom of the saucepan.
  4. Add to an ovenproof dish and bake for 25 minutes
