These Gluten & Dairy Free Overnight Oats are a healthy solution to prepare the night before the morning rush.
200g Fat Free Natural Yoghurt, or dairy free alternative
2tsp Chia Seeds
2tbs Freeze Dried Raspberry
Mixed Blueberries, Strawberries and Raspberries
Layer the oats, yogurt, fruit, chia seeds and freeze-dried raspberry in a jar or bowl. Cover and chill in the fridge overnight so the porridge absorbs the yogurt. In the morning, stir well and enjoy!
