    1. Instant Gluten Free Rice PuddingStir 200ml of almond milk into 50g of rice flake porridge. With an 800w microwave, cook for 3 minutes. Allow to stand for 1-2 minutes until the desired thickness is achieved. Alternatively, simmer on a hob for 3-5 minutes. Grate in nutmeg for added flavour. Serve immediately.

Heat under the grill or use a blow torch until the sugar is melted into a caramel layer. Leave to stand for 5 minutes. For an exotic twist, add small cubes of mango to the base of the ramekins.
