We all know breakfast is the most important meal of the day, but not all of us have the time – or the motivation! – to enjoy it every morning. So we went out looking for gluten free, healthy, and most importantly, delicious breakfasts that you can make the night before. Whether you’re munching on the move or enjoying some haute cuisine al desko, you’ll know you’re kicking your day off right – and nobody need know how many times you hit the snooze button!
You may well have heard of these – a favourite of the Instagram foodie crowd, they’re delicious, creamy gluten free oats steeped in milk or yoghurt overnight in the fridge, with the addition of delicious flavours and toppings and a good handful of nutritious chia seeds. Give it a twist: Use a nearly-empty jar of your favourite spread or jam to steep your oats in for a fantastic kick of flavour.
