"After all the incredible entries we had in week one of the GFMBO we feared we may have peaked too soon, how wrong we were! The creative, indulgent and technically skilled bakes have been coming in thick and fast.
Over the past week we have seen the most magnificent creations including courgette cake, a very impressive butterfly vanilla sponge and even a couple of meaty turtles! You can see all of the entries on our Facebook page.
The winner this week was Carly Talbot with her amazing pecan macarons with dairy free maple and chocolate ganache.
We were bowled over by the sheer technical skill, divine flavour combination and beautiful presentation of these delicate macarons.
