"GFMBO stage 1 is officially over! Thank you to every one of you who entered our Gluten Free Magic Bake Off, we have been overwhelmed by the quantity AND quality of the gluten free masterpieces that we have seen over the last 6 weeks. Here are our winners for week 6:

Marianne Evans - We just couldn't stop drooling over this salted caramel tart! The gluten free pastry alone is a tough element to master, but the salted caramel filling took this gluten free bake to another level.
Nicola Taylor at N1C79_Eats - The precision of this egg-free chocolate avocado cake really impressed us, and we especially loved the sound of Nicola's homemade chocolate hazelnut filling!
Wanda Freeman - Two of Wanda's bakes blew us away this week - we couldn't pick between her gluten free soda bread and her vanilla and cacao ""no-cheese cheesecake"". Well done to the weekly winners!
