"The tent has been erected, there’s a faint whiff of biscuits in the air (and we’re not talking about Paul Hollywood’s fake tan), and at least two people have been spotted weeping into their Genoese. Oh yes – the Bake Off’s back! Meanwhile, the first week of our Gluten Free Magic Bake Off is already drawing to a close, and we’ve been blown away by the incredible entries we’ve received so far! Needless to say, picking a Weekly Winner out of all those mouth-watering bakes was no mean feat – so we’ve simply had to go with two! It's the battle of the Bundt cakes with these gluten free GBBO-inspired masterpieces.
