We’ve had another bakerific week filled with some ingenious gluten free creations including; red devil mini chocolate cakes, lemon soufflé and Viennese whirls with chocolate ganache.
This week’s winner is one that really caught our eye. Perhaps it was because of the red star on Antonia Gentile’s stunning Gluten Free Red Velvet Birthday Cake… Yes Antonia! You are this week’s #GFMBO winner.
We were all starry-eyed by the brilliant decoration. Antonia baked the cake for two of her friends’ birthdays and we really wish we could’ve tried a slice. They told us it was pretty fabulous which we thought might be the case!
