Morecambe and Wise, Superman and Lois Lane, Sage and Red Onion - some things just work perfectly together. So when it came to creating a gluten free stuffing, packed with flavour, pairing fragrant herby sage with sweet and delicious red onion was a real no-brainer!

Gluten Free Crumbs (Rice Flour, Salt, Emulsifier (Mono- and di-glycerides of fatty acids)), Dried Red Onion (11%), Gram Flour, Rice Flour, Dried Sage (2%), Dried Parsley, Salt, Black Pepper.

You'll also need:
- 40ml olive oil
- 260ml boiling water
Preheat the oven to 180°C/160°C fan/Gas mark 4. Empty the stuffing mix into a bowl and add the oil and boiling water. Mix well. Leave to stand for 3 minutes.Put a sheet of baking paper on a tray. Shape the stuffing into roughly 10 balls and squeeze gently. Bake the stuffing on the tray for 20-25 minutes.
