With cinnamon and ginger, our gingerbread mix has bags of warming, fiery kick – and is gluten and dairy free to boot! Whip up all your favourite gingerbread characters, make a fairy-tale gingerbread house, or even some festive decorations for the tree!

Rice flour, Sugar, Corn Starch, Ground ginger, Ground Cinnamon, Stabiliser (Xanthan Gum).
Store in a cool, dry place away from strong light and odours. Produce of more than one country, packed in the UK.
You'll also need:
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp golden syrup
- 40g butter or dairy free alternative
Preheat the oven to 180°C/160°C fan/Gas mark 4.Add the eggs, golden syrup, butter (or dairy free alternative) to your gingerbread mix and mix well. Wrap in clingfilm and leave to chill in the freezer for 1 hour.
Once chilled, roll one quarter of the dough between two sheets of clingfilm to 5mm thickness. Cut out your shapes with a cutter. Repeat with the remaining dough. Bake the gingerbread for 12 mins or until firm and just a little darker at the edges. Leave to cool.
