Our wholesome Oats are gloriously gluten free. Although regular oats do not contain gluten, they are heavily contaminated with gluten both in the field and throughout the processing and supply chain. Our oats are specially grown, harvested and tested at every stage to ensure they are safe for everyone on a gluten free diet.

Gluten free oats are high in fibre and may not be suitable for everyone with coeliac disease. Add oats to your diet slowly and if you are unsure, talk to your healthcare professional before trying.
Microwaves vary – porridge is cooked when it has a thick, creamy texture. Stir
250ml water or 200ml of semi-skimmed milk (or dairy free alternative) into 40g of oats in a microwaveable bowl. With an 800W microwave, cook for 3 minutes on high (stirring half way through). Stand for 1 minute.
Alternatively simmer on a hob for 3-7 minutes.
