UK Mainland Delivery
The Delicious Alchemy Shop delivers Delicious Alchemy branded products to your door.
We deliver to all UK Mainland addresses for £2.50. We offer a courier service for all our orders. We aim to deliver within 3-5 working days.
Orders of a value greater than £35 are delivered free of charge.
Delivery charges include the cost of packaging and postage.

Non-UK Mainland, European and International Orders:
Non-UK Mainland, European and International orders are dispatched via Parcel Force or Royal Mail small packets service (below 2KG) or via our Couriers (over 2KG). European orders typically arrive within 3-5 working days from date of dispatch. Please email hello@deliciousalchemy for delivery cost estimations for Non-UK Mainland, European and International orders.
Once you have placed your order you are not able to cancel or return any items which have become unsealed/opened. You have the right to return other items within 14 full days after delivery (i.e. 14 days starting the day after delivery) without giving any reason. If you wish to do this please let us know by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. To meet the cancellation deadline it is sufficient for you to contact us telling us you wish to exercise your right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired. You then have 14 days to return the goods to us. Please send the products by recorded delivery to: Delicious Alchemy, 4 Atlas Way, Sheffield, S4 7QQ.
If you return items in accordance with the above we will reimburse to you the payment received for that item. We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss of value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you (i.e. any handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods).
We will reimburse you no later than 14 days after we receive the goods back from you or no later than 14 days after you provide evidence that you have returned the goods. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction and you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. We will withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back from you or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier You may post the goods back to us no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicated your cancellation to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Please email us if you have any queries.
